Penna Construction Inc. — the Pennas — have been building in Southern California since 1956. We are a family-owned ICF and concrete contractor headquartered in Dana Point, now in our third generation, and we are still on our jobsites every day.

Our roots
A history that starts in 1956.
Present-day focus
Concrete construction, from the ground up.
We do one thing: concrete, done right. Our crews build insulated concrete form (ICF) walls and Insuldeck concrete roof and floor systems — steel-reinforced and engineered for coastal Southern California. Salt air, storm surge, Santa Ana winds, fire season: from San Diego to Long Beach, we build homes meant to stand up to what is coming.
No wood framing. No shortcuts. Just our own crews and our own standards, since 1956.
